The seven-time defending Midwest Christian College Conference champions will start conference play at home on Thursday afternoon. The Thunder would finish the 2025 regular season undefeated at 10-0 with two of those wins being forfeits. The Thunder defeated Faith Baptist Bible in the 2025 MCCC Tournament Championship last season, where the they would capture their seventh consecutive tournament title. The Thunder are currently on a 66-match MCCC regular season win streak that dates back to the 2018 season. The Thunder are looking for their eighth straight undefeated regular season, regular season conference title, and tournament title. They will open with the #5 ranked team in the country, the Emmaus University Eagles, who are 5-1 on the season and will be opening conference play as well. An eight-game conference slate is scheduled for the Thunder.

Head coach Lauren Sanders is ready to compete against conference opponents, "We have learned a lot about ourselves through these first few matches, but now the regular season gives us an opportunity to really establish who we are as a team. The goal is simple: get better everyday, stay committed to our goals, and trust that if we do those things, the results will take care of themselves. We look forward to the great competition in the MCCC."

The Thunder will play the #5 ranked Eagles on Thursday, September 10th at 4:00PM at the Howie's Activity Center.
