The Thunder volleyball team would be back at home on Saturday afternoon for a Midwest Christian College Conference and NCCAA Central Region match against the Calvary University Warriors. The Thunder would take charge from the start taking the first set, 25-18. They would absolutely dominate set two holding the Warriors to just six points in the set. A fierce battle in the third set by the Warriors would come up short and the Thunder would sweep the Warriors to extend their regular season conference win streak and stay undefeated in conference and region play. Junior, Ellie Wilson and freshman, Jordan Miller would lead the offense with 14 and 13 kills, respectively, while middles, sophomore, Katie Drake and freshman, Abby Hands would have eight and seven kills, respectively. Junior, Malloree Matlack would have 12 digs to lead the defense, while sophomore, Anja VonSpreckelsen would have 13 assists and eight digs in the just the third set. With the win, the Thunder are now 10-2, 5-0 in the MCCC, and 5-0 in the Central Region.

The Thunder will be on the road for about a month before they return home. They will play their next match against the Randall University Saints, who they swept in early September, on Friday, October 2nd at 5:00PM in Moore, Oklahoma.
