Determined Thunder Release 2021-22 Basketball Schedule

Returning everyone from the 2020-21 squad, the Men’s Basketball team is looking to pick right back up where they left off. With a jammed packed first semester, Manhattan Christian open up play with a six-game road stretch starting off in Crete, Nebraska against Doane University on October 26. Next stop will be up to Michigan to play in the Great Lakes Christian College Classic October 29 & 30. Following weeks stakes up with a game against NCCAA DI Central Christian College (KS) on November 1, Sterling College November 5, and fellow Southwest Region opponent Dallas Christian College November 6.

MCC will finally make back-to-back home appearance November 13 and November 15 verse Kansas Wesleyan University and Union College. Next the Men will have two double header games with the Women’s squad before trekking down to Hays, Kansas on November 28 to take on NCAA DII Fort Hays State University. Before heading into a full slated Midwest Christian College Conference, the Thunder will have five contests to work out any kinks they might have.

Calvary University is once again the host of the MCCC Classic in Belton, Missouri where Emmaus Bible College (January 7) and Faith Baptist Bible College (January 8) are Manhattan’s competition. Barclay College, a rematch of last season Conference Tournament game await the Thunder in a January 11 contest in Haviland, Kansas.

Mid-January to early February, Manhattan Christian will have a six-game home stand that you won’t want to miss before they close out the season. Visits to conference rival, Ozark Christian College on Feb 12, and finally a match up with Spurgeon College is how the season will end before heading into tournament time.

Midwest Christian College Conference Tournament will be hosted by Central Christian College of the Bible in Moberly, Missouri February 17-19. The Southwest Region Tournament will then be in Overland Park, Kansas February 24-26. For full list of games click here
