Mindy Eckert has been tabbed as the next Head Coach for the Men's and Women's Cross Country programs. She takes the reigns of two dormant programs that have not been active over the last several seasons. 

"I couldn't be more thrilled to have Coach Eckert take over and rebuild our Cross Country programs at MCC. She's doing an incredible job of breathing life into our women's basketball program and I believe that she is the right person to do the same with cross country," stated Director of Athletics, Jordan Strom. 

Part of her immediate responsibilities will be to recruit and retain student-athletes to fill rosters for both teams, something she has a great amount of experience in.
