In the first NCCAA Coaches Poll, the Thunder volleyball team was ranked #1 after an impressive 5-1 start. The squad started strong with the Thunder Invitational hosting 4 NAIA teams coming away with 3 solid wins. Next up, brought the Midwest Christian College Conference Classic. MCC came away with two wins over Emmaus Bible College and Faith Baptist Bible College. 

"We are so proud of our start this season, the Thunder Invitational is always a big test for us, and the squad handled it well! We are looking forward to upcoming matches against NCCAA teams to continue to see where we are at!" 

Up next for the Lady Thunder will be a road game to Ozark Christian College where the Thunder will take on #4 Arlington Baptist University and Ozark Christian College on Friday, September 9.
