After going on a five match winning streak, the Thunder volleyball team held tight to the #3 spot in the National Christian College Athletic Association Regular Season Coaches Poll for DII Women's Volleyball. In a two week span, the Thunder would win five matches, four of which were sweeps, and win the 2026 Midwest Christian College Conference Tournament Championship. With a total of 48 points for the second straight poll, the Thunder are below the same two South Region teams, the Baptist University of Florida Eagles and the Pensacola Christian College Eagles. Arlington Baptist and Alice Lloyd round out the top-5 in the final regular season edition of the poll. The Thunder are one of three teams from the Midwest Christian College Conference and one of two teams from the NCCAA Central Region who are ranked in the week five poll.
