Lindsey Set to Play for Kansas State

For the second consecutive year a graduate of the Men's Basketball team will move on to compete for Kansas State University. 2023 graduate, Taymont Lindsey, has committed to compete for the Wildcats after a standout career at Manhattan Christian College. During his four years for the Thunder, Lindsey became the 29th member of the 1,000 point club while helping his team to four consecutive conference titles, two NCCAA Final Four appearances and one trip to the national championship game. Lindsey earned multiple including being named to the NCCAA All-Tournament team twice and earning All-Conference honors twice. 

"This opportunity couldn't have happened to a better young man. Taymont is a tremendous representative of our program and Manhattan Christian College and I know that he'll be able to step in at K-State and fill a leadership role with his teammates. I couldn't be more proud of Taymont and I can't wait to see where this opportunity leads him," commented Head Coach Jordan Strom.

Lindsey and his K-State teammates will open up this coming season on November 6th vs USC in Las Vegas, NV and will look to compete for a championship in the new look Big XII. You can read the full press release from K-State Athletics right here
